I have over 25 years’ experience working on strategy development in the UK charity sector. This includes bespoke design and project management of full strategy development processes for organisations of all sizes, facilitation of key steps in the process such as data analysis, surveys and stakeholder consultation interviews/events.
Examples include strategy work with ACEVO, Sense, Independent Age, People’s Health Trust, Campaign to End Loneliness (a collaboration of 6 national and local organisations), National Mind (strategy for young people), West Sussex Mind, RNIB, RNID, NSPCC, Leap Confronting Conflict and Vision2020.
